To give you the best deals possible, at the lowest prices and without sacrificing quality, we handle our processing, fulfillment, and and shipping in batches from our various premium vendors so please allow up to 1-3 weeks for shipping.

You should receive an email within 3-7 business days that your order has been shipped. You will receive a tracking number and can enter in here and press the orange track button.
Order Changes, Cancellations, Replacement & Returns

Orders Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order (address change, number of items, etc) or cancel your order, the request must be sent via email to email@example.com within 12 HOURS of placing your order.
After 12 hours, all orders are final, including those in which you entered the wrong shipping address - no refunds will be allowed as we have already paid our supplier and shipped your order to that address.
Replacements & Returns
For orders that don't arrive to the mailing address you provided, we only offer replacements. Occasionally the USPS will misplace orders and we will replace your order if that's the case or product of equal value. Please email us if your order has not arrived after 6 weeks or has been delivered to the wrong address which you can track with your order number.
We will refund your order on 3 CONDITIONS:
To be eligible for a refund, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as to which reason above, your order #, item with issue, and must include pictures as evidence to back your claim.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.
